River Ridge board elects officers, keeping incumbents in leadership roles

The River Ridge Community Development District Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution 2025‑02 at its Nov. 19, 2024 meeting to elect board officers for the coming term.
On a motion by Supervisor Terry Mountford, seconded by Supervisor Kurt Blumenthal, the board voted unanimously to name Bob Schultz chair, Terry Mountford vice chair, and Kurt Blumenthal, Robert Twombly and Keith Merrill as assistant secretaries. The resolution left earlier administrative appointments in place, including Chesley “Chuck” Adams as secretary and Craig Wrathell as assistant secretary and treasurer.
The election followed the administration of the Oath of Office to newly elected supervisors Kurt Blumenthal (Seat 3), Terry Mountford (Seat 4) and Robert Twombly (Seat 5). Mrs. Adams, serving as the meeting notary, administered the oaths and staff noted the board will add the required four‑hour ethics training and Form 1 filing deadlines to the Key Activity Dates list.
The vote implements the officer slate presented by Mr. Mountford and does not change previously announced staff appointments.
