Coconino County accommodation district approves 2026–27 calendars, will submit to ADE

The Coconino County Regional Accommodation School District governing board on April 1 approved five calendars for the 2026–2027 school year, including 12-month employee calendars and student and staff calendars for Ponderosa High School, Tse' Yaato' High School, and the County Juvenile Detention Center (JDC).
Chief Education Officer Dave Dirksen requested the agenda be reordered so the calendars could be discussed first; President Cheryl Mango-Paget then approved the calendars for submission to the Arizona Department of Education. The board instructed staff to file the calendars with ADE once approved. The decision was recorded at the meeting held at 2384 N Steves Blvd., Flagstaff, AZ.
