Commissioners emphasized that the adopted numbers reflect expenditures and revenue allocations by fund for the coming year. The board also approved December warrants totaling $202,653.10 across several funds, including $57,650.75 from the County Revenue Fund and $84,693.29 from the Ditch Fund. The levy certification and budget adoption were recorded as separate motions and passed by unanimous vote.
