County Coordinator Kelly Thongvivong presented a resolution recommending Leslie Anderson, James Haler, John Smith and Bruce Gundermann to the Red Rock Rural Water System Board of Commissioners; the board approved Resolution 24-11-19A by unanimous roll-call vote on Nov. 19. The resolution is on file in the County Coordinator’s office.
Following the appointments resolution, the board approved agreements between Cottonwood County and Law Enforcement Labor Services, Inc. (LELS) Local 144 (Deputies) and Local 346 (Jailer/Dispatchers), each effective Jan. 1, 2025 through Dec. 31, 2026 (motions by Tom Appel, second by Kevin Stevens). The minutes record unanimous approval of both agreements.
