City Clerk Daisy Alcazar explained member cities must name a delegate and alternate so city representatives can vote on league business.
Councilmember Wilson volunteered to serve as delegate and Councilmember Brown agreed to serve as alternate; the council voted and the motion passed unanimously. No public comment was made on the item.
