Auditor delivers clean opinion on ACFR; council adopts audit resolution unanimously

After a brief question-and-answer period, Councilmember Lowery moved to adopt resolution 24-57 accepting the audit and ACFR; the motion was seconded and the council approved the resolution unanimously (5–0). The auditor noted no reportable conditions and offered minor recommendations for reconciliation practices.
