Board holds executive session on disclosure cases and assigns drafting of response letters

The Board entered executive session at 3:29 p.m. to review confidential disclosure matters including DL-01-06 and DFAO-01-26; after exiting at 4:06 p.m. the Board assigned Secretary LaVelle and Megan Bassler (Towne Law Firm) to draft letters in response to those matters.
At 3:29 p.m. Chair Paul K. Johnson moved that the Board enter executive session to discuss confidential matters, including requests for opinions, disclosure forms, complaints, and litigation; the motion carried. In executive session the Board reviewed Disclosure Letter DL-01-06 and Disclosure Form DFAO-01-26 along with supporting documentation and discussed the forms of several individuals (confidential).
After returning to open session at 4:06 p.m., the Board voted on follow-up steps: Secretary LaVelle was assigned to draft the response letter related to DL-01-26, and Megan Bassler of Towne Law Firm was assigned to draft the response letter related to DFAO-01-26. The motions to assign those tasks were made by Chair Johnson, seconded by Judge Jeffrey Berry, and carried. The meeting adjourned at 4:08 p.m.
