The village attorney has mailed notice to Janelle Phillips, owner of the trailer at 1319 Marion St., informing her of a draft resolution that would rescind a prior temporary approval allowing the mobile home to remain as permanent housing. The clerk advised that the resolution will be read at the Nov. 13 special meeting and that Ms. Phillips "has the right to appear at the meeting and speak in opposition of the Resolution."
No board action to adopt the resolution occurred at the Oct. 28 regular meeting. The clerk also said Chairman Baker is attempting to obtain a cost-effective appraisal for another property at 1308 Marion.
