At the start of the July 28 meeting the council approved a consent agenda that included approval of July 14 meeting minutes, renewal of liquor licenses for Atlantic Manor and Tammie Mannion (Resolution 69-2025), a $100 refund for a duplicate Certificate of Continued Occupancy fee to Stephen Finegan (Resolution 71-2025), and acceptance of a raffle application from the Ogdensburg PTO for a Sept. 1 merchandise raffle.
The roll call approving the consent items passed with one abstention: Councilman Ciasullo abstained on the minutes item. The Sussex County letter concerning a countywide ballot proposition on farmland preservation and open-space trust funds (N.J.S.A. 40:12-15.1 et seq.) was accepted for filing.
