During the May 27 meeting Trustee Zakrocky read the monthly police report covering April 22 to May 26, 2025 and said there were two solicitor complaints during that period.
"There were two (2) solicitor complaints and one (1) was probably from him," Zakrocky said, describing an encounter in which he asked canvassers from Sunray Solar if they had a solicitor's permit. He said he was threatened when he attempted to take photographs and that he sent the images to Chief Beatty and Sergeant Beatty; the photos were later not seen at the meeting.
No formal enforcement action was recorded in the transcript; Chief Beatty later discussed equipment procurement and did not announce further police action on the solicitation complaints at the meeting.
