Board approves minutes, treasurer's report, MFT Resolution #300 and 24‑month Comcast contract

The motion passed on a unanimous voice vote. Trustee Vick also moved to approve a 24‑month Comcast contract, seconded by Trustee Bogacz; that motion carried on a voice vote with all trustees in favor. No roll‑call tallies were read beyond the recorded voice votes in the minutes.
