The committee also noted a capitalization error in the clean DOT copy and Jesse agreed to correct it.
The chair called for a motion to approve the policies; the transcript records "1st by Beam and 2nd by Benjamin to approve the policies as presented," and the committee approved them by voice vote. The committee then proceeded to the closed‑session agenda item.
