The Nevada State Board of Pharmacy approved a Stipulation and Order forfeiting Ability Prosthetics and Orthotics of Nevada, LLC’s license (MP01037) after staff alleged the business failed to notify the Board of a change in authorized administrator and controlling interest.
Senior General Counsel Gregory Zunino informed the Board that Count 3 of the Accusation would be dismissed and presented the proposed penalties: forfeiture of the license, a $4,000 fine payable by Oct. 31, 2025, and $500 in attorney fees and costs payable by Oct. 31, 2025. The Board voted to approve the Stipulation and Order (motion by Adam Porath; second by Anna Carr; passed unanimously).
The Board’s minutes show the matter was resolved by stipulation and the order will be entered per standard enforcement procedure.
