The Nevada State Board of Pharmacy revoked Certificate of Registration No. CS31659 for Debra Renee McCurtainMurry after receiving evidence that the California Board of Nursing revoked her California licenses and that her DEA registration and Nevada nursing license were not active in good standing.
General Counsel Brett Kandt requested findings and conclusions be made consistent with the Accusation. The Board adopted Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law, found the respondent guilty on five counts, revoked the certificate and barred petition for reinstatement for five years. The Board also awarded $1,590.55 in attorney’s fees and costs payable by Dec. 1, 2025; the Board ordered the action to be effective immediately.
