Nevada Board revokes McGuff Compounding Pharmacy license after California surrender

The Board approved a Stipulation and Order revoking License No. PH01563, imposing a $5,000 fine and assessing $1,000 in attorney fees and costs. The motion was moved by Krystal Freitas, seconded by Chanyis Taylor, and passed unanimously.
Board staff described the action as a reciprocal enforcement step tied to the California settlement. The Board’s record includes the Stipulation and the underlying California order; the action becomes part of Nevada’s public disciplinary record.
