State auditor engaged external firm CLA to review ERP project; readout expected soon

"The state auditor has done an audit of the ERP project. They brought on, a company called CLA outside firm to conduct the audit," Sean Brown said. Brown and agency staff reported they have been providing documentation and expect an initial readout of the audit team's first observations soon.
Committee members asked for the audit findings and for the agencies to incorporate audit recommendations into the readiness and implementation planning. The agency said it would share early indications and finalized observations with the committee when available.
The audit is one of the inputs the agencies will use alongside the Atain assessment to produce an implementation plan and to inform any contract amendments or funding discussions.
