Brown said Atain invoices and some Guidehouse invoices have also been paid. Denise Riley added that preflight artifacts go back to 2015 and emphasized that much of the project's complexity derives from change management as well as technology.
A committee spreadsheet referenced an "approved budget" figure of approximately $36,000,000 that a member said differed from the EPMO dashboard. Officials agreed to provide the original artifacts and the EPMO dashboard to reconcile the numbers and to supply an itemized accounting of expenditures.
Members asked for a follow‑up that includes the full amount spent to date, a breakdown of where the money went, and clarification of the project’s remaining cost‑to‑complete given the shift to a single go‑live.
