After executive session, Newcastle board approves Schedule A personnel actions

The Newcastle Board of Education convened an executive session under 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1) and (B)(2) to discuss employment of current and prospective district employees and negotiations. The board recessed to executive session at 7:15 p.m. and returned to open session at 8:13 p.m., with Dr. Walker and three board members reported present in the closed session.
After returning to open session the board approved Schedule A as attached (a list of retirements, resignations, hires and contract changes summarized in the meeting materials) by a 3–0 vote; the minutes record that no votes were taken while the board was in executive session. The board then proceeded to adjourn.
