Steve Blasingame of Angel, Johnston & Blasingame presented the estimate and the board recorded the required certification and supporting schedules prepared for filing with the McClain County Excise Board and the State Auditor and Inspector. The board pproved routine change orders and the treasurer nd monthly payroll reports included in the Financial Consent Agenda.
The certification materials filed with the district include an Estimate of Needs and itemized financial schedules required under 68 O.S. Section 3002 and related forms for submission to the county and state offices. The board lso approved required publication language and recordkeeping steps tied to the county excise board process.
