The Paul Memorial Library Board of Trustees accepted the minutes from the May 12, 2026 meeting and reviewed the treasurer's financial report at their June 8 meeting, which opened at 6:36 p.m.
The treasurer reported the general fund balance at $9,573.43, the donation account at $5,210.45 and petty cash of $409.48; the manifest showed expenses of $2,673.75 and income of $831.94. Trustees noted that the pancake breakfast raised $550 and agreed to deposit that amount into the general fund. The board also discussed a previously proposed transfer of $2,500 from the donation account to the general fund; the transfer status was listed as unresolved and requires follow-up.
Board members instructed Win Fream and Mike Mackey to visit the bank on June 26 to add Mike's name to the donation account signatories.
