Whitebead board approves encumbrances and audit contract totaling roughly $33,000

On the General Fund encumbrances the agenda text lists purchase orders #233–252 with an overall dollar value of $21,454.55, but the motion as recorded in the minutes approves encumbrances #233–255 with a recorded total of $22,136.14. The board approved that motion (motion by Belinda Hunt, seconded by Sandy Arroyo; vote recorded as unanimous). The minutes record both figures; the difference is noted here rather than reconciled by the minutes.
