Board approves semiannual report, sets public hearing dates, transfers funds and OKs alcohol license

At its July 28 meeting the Crawford County Board of Supervisors recorded several formal actions: adoption of the semiannual financial report, the rescind-and-set of public hearing dates, approval of Resolution 2026-31 to transfer funds to capital projects, and an alcohol-license approval for Market at the Farm.
The finance officer presented the semiannual report showing an ending balance in the general calculations of approximately $17,000,004.96; a motion to approve the report passed on voice vote. The board next rescinded previously published July hearing dates that were not properly published and set three hearings for August 11, August 18, and August 25 at 10:00 a.m. in the Wardroom; that motion carried unanimously.
The board then approved Resolution 2026-31, moving budgeted funds from General Basic into Capital Projects (the budgeted total for 2027 capital was discussed as $150,000). Roll-call votes were recorded and the resolution passed. Finally, the board approved an alcohol-license application for Lifetime LLC (Market at the Farm) by voice vote; the chair cast an aye vote as part of the approval.
