After convening a closed executive session for economic development, litigation and property acquisition, the board returned to open session and Mr. Lott reported the actions taken. "The Madison County Board of Supervisors took 2 actions during executive session. The 1st was to approve an administrative adjustment on Highway 22 intersection project at Livingston Road. The 2nd 1 was to direct county administrator to hold invoices number 51526 and 92426," he said.
The board then moved to adjourn, setting the next meeting for August 17, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. The two executive-session items were reported for the record and will be carried out by administration and appropriate departments.
