County staff and the owner said the fire sprinkler system and hydrant are installed and that lawyers had agreed the owner would pave the ADA parking; the owner told the board, "We're gonna blacktop it," and said construction would begin this month. Supervisor Griffin moved to approve the extension contingent on the parties' agreement to blacktop the ADA parking; Supervisor Banks seconded and the motion passed by voice vote.
