Items on the consent docket included retirements, resignations and transfers; minutes of the Oct. 7, 2024 meeting; the treasurer's report; encumbrance registers for multiple funds (General Fund 11, CO-OP Fund 12, Building Fund 21, Bond Funds 33 and 34, Gift Fund 81, Insurance Recovery Fund 86); school activity fund transfers for FY 2024–25; acceptance of public gifts under Policy BB; sanctioning of the Shawnee Indian Education Parent Committee Booster Club for 2024–25; disposal of surplus property; and approved out-of-state/overnight trips for Shawnee High School choir members. The docket also authorized two memoranda of understanding: one with the Division of Nutrition Services of the Chickasaw Nation and one involving Shawnee Public Schools—Jim Thorpe and the Office of Juvenile Affairs.
