Under item 6.L the board also designated the Superintendent and Director of Operations as authorized representatives for federal and state programs and approved specific staff appointments, naming Jay Jenkins as Treasurer and appointing Sheila Cavett as Board Minutes Clerk and Sherri Pugh as Deputy Board Minutes Clerk for FY 2025–2026.
