Chisholm's board approved years-of-service bonuses for support staff and teachers across multiple service levels, approved offers of employment following an executive session, and authorized a $2,500 sign-on bonus for an Early Childhood Special Education teacher for 2025–2026.
The motion to approve years-of-service bonuses (listing multiple staff names across 5, 10, 15 and 45-year categories) was made by Danielle Deterding and seconded by Geri Ayers and passed Yea:4, Absent:1. The board convened an executive session under 25 O.S. §307(B)(1) to discuss employment of personnel listed in Attachment B and, on return to open session, voted to offer employment to those personnel (motion by Danielle Deterding, seconded by Cory Moore). The board also approved a $2,500 sign-on bonus for an Early Childhood Special Education teacher (motion by Cory Moore, seconded by Danielle Deterding).
