Principals report enrollment and fall activities; SHARON-MUTUAL Fair noted

Elementary Principal Jeff Thompson reported an elementary enrollment of 128 and listed upcoming activities including a Fire Pit fundraiser, a cookie-dough fundraiser, and three book fairs required to qualify for a buy-one-get-one promotion. Thompson said the SHARON-MUTUAL Fair is scheduled for Sept. 6–7 and Grandparent Day for Sept. 9.
High School Principal Brad Shryock reported high school enrollment at 87, said Media Night on Aug. 9 went well, noted athletic schedules and scrimmages, and said Mrs. Stone's BITE class plans to start a school newspaper. He also reported minor flooding in the Ag building over the weekend due to heavy rainfall.
