The Wellston Board approved creating activity fund subaccounts for Track, Device Insurance, and Indian Education and approved the activity fund fundraisers proposed for the 2024–25 school year. The consent-motion to approve the consent agenda (items 4.1–4.8) and the separate motion to add subaccounts and fundraisers carried by recorded votes in the minutes.
Separately, the board approved allocating $500 of the School Resource Officer (SRO) grant to the DARE program on a motion by Brock Terrell, seconded by Tyler Barnes; the motion was recorded as carried. The meeting packet included detailed activity account balances and fund summaries for multiple activity funds and a budget analysis for the 2024–25 fiscal year; the board accepted those financial reports as part of the consent agenda.
