Board approves handbook updates but tables a change to student dress code

Board member Victor Markiewicz moved to table a specific change to Student Dress Code (line 1, page 18) while approving all other updates to the faculty and student handbooks. Charlie Coblentz seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
The board approved the remaining handbook changes and directed staff to return with the proposed dress-code language at a future meeting. The motion language in the minutes records that the dress-code line regarding tights, leggings and jeggings was specifically held back from final approval.
