Sapulpa board approves multiple personnel actions and extends superintendent’s contract to 2027

Motions were recorded as passed with unanimous votes of members present.
The board approved the current superintendent contract dated July 1, 2024–June 30, 2026 and then voted to amend that motion to add one year so the contract will run July 1, 2024–June 30, 2027. The board also approved negotiated agreements with United Sapulpa Educators and with United Sapulpa Educators/Educational Support Personnel for the 2024–25 school year. Executive session was convened earlier to discuss personnel and negotiations as authorized by 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1),(B)(2),(B)(7); the meeting record states no action was taken while in executive session.
