Whitebead board approves multiple fund encumbrances totaling roughly $87,000

Approvals recorded in the minutes include Activity Fund encumbrances 116–143 totaling $6,676.02; General Fund encumbrances 205–220 totaling $68,729.43; Building Fund encumbrances 82–90 totaling $2,687.67; Child Nutrition encumbrances 57–65 totaling $6,994.26; and Building Bond Fund encumbrance 1 for $2,815.20. The board also approved a $1,000 change order on PO #82 for Quill. All motions were made by Trustee Belinda Hunt, seconded by Trustee Alex Young, and passed unanimously (Sandy Arroyo, Belinda Hunt, Alex Young voted yea).
Board members characterized these votes as routine fiscal business following the treasurer's report. No member requested additional discussion or deferred any encumbrance for further review.
