The board approved a series of motions during the meeting. Early in the agenda members moved to approve that the meeting was open and properly posted; the motion passed with a motion by Luke Thorell and a second by Farren Nelson and recorded unanimous yeas. The consent agenda, which included the bill roster and financial reports, passed on a motion by Mike Szekely and second by Kelly Anderson with unanimous yea votes.
On the action agenda the board voted to purchase $35 gift cards to Fritz's for staff Christmas gifts (motion by Kelly Anderson; second by Luke Thorell), and later approved reviewed and revised policies (motion by Scott Schukar; second by Mike Szekely). The minutes record each motion as passed with all members voting yea.
