First, a 20‑minute attorney–client executive session was moved and seconded to discuss a solid‑waste contract; those in attendance in addition to the board were Justin Craig, Bill Jeter and Darren Myers. After the closed session the chair announced no decisions were made.
The board then recessed to a second executive session under the confidential‑data/trade‑secrets exception for 45 minutes to discuss financial affairs or trade secrets of corporations, partnerships or proprietorships. In addition to the board, attendees included David Klingen, Doug Williams, Darren Myers and Bill Jeter. Open session resumed at the stated time and the meeting adjourned at 11:05 a.m.; no formal public action stemming from the executive sessions was reported on the record.
