Paul also outlined the annual auction program and noted one parcel had been redeemed and two parcels could be of particular bidder interest (a bar near Tuscarora and a Wendover parcel). She said the county sold 196 parcels the prior fiscal year and has 163 listed this year (after removing the redeemed item). The commission approved the resolution to sell the Carlin parcel and authorized the online auction process by voice vote.
