Council approves half-upfront payment for $6,432 mural project

A motion to allow the payment was made, seconded, and the meeting recorded an "Aye" with no further discussion.
Staff said the general contractor Jeremy Miller will bring a scissor lift on-site so the town will not have to rent one, reducing equipment cost for the mural installation. The council agreed to notify committee members of the muralist's pre-start meeting and will finalize timing as the weather allows.
