Commission aims for Aug. 20 meeting, told documentation due to state by Aug. 1

Annette Kerr of the ALCO Convention and Visitors Authority clarified the filing deadline: "Again, we are required to have our documentation into the state by August 1, so yes, you are basically rubber stamping the what the state has already approved or disapproved, so, but all of our requirements are due. Our whole report and our plan is due by, August 1." Members agreed to tentatively schedule Aug. 20 at 9:00, and staff was asked to confirm availability.
