Board casts votes for four KIASB director candidates; Kermode abstains

During the April 20 meeting Member Colley moved and Member Michaud seconded that the board cast its votes for four candidates for the KIASB Board of Directors: Erin LaBotz, Anne Hamming, Bill Saxton and Kelly Kermode. The roll call recorded ayes from Michaud, DeBoer, Colley, Ninemeier, Terryn and Fauson; Member Kermode recorded an abstention. The motion carried with six yes votes and one abstention.
The chair noted Member Kermode abstained because she is one of the candidates. No alternate slate or further discussion was recorded.
