Curriculum committee recommends purchase of Amplify ELA materials for K–5

The Curriculum Committee of the Forest Hills Public Schools Board of Education on April 15 recommended that the full board approve three English-language-arts instructional packages for kindergarten through fifth grade.
Scott Haid of the Instruction Department presented the request, listing the materials by title: "Core Knowledge Language Arts (CKLA) © 2025, Amplify, Grades K-5," "Boost Reading © 2025, Amplify, Grades K-5," and "mClass DIBELS 8th Edition © 2025, Amplify, Grades K-5." Haid said these items were part of the Instruction Office’s finance requests presented to the committee for consideration.
