The Chair announced a motion to approve the minutes of the Aug. 12 meeting (recorded by the Chair as “Motion by Commissioner Corring, 2nd by Commissioner Lee”), which carried on a voice vote. The Chair next confirmed a motion to approve the meeting agenda (recorded as “motion by Commissioner Coring, 2nd by Commissioner Lee”), which likewise carried. The consent agenda was moved and seconded (recorded by the Chair as motion by Commissioner Lee, second by Commissioner Coring) and the Chair called for the ayes; the motion carried.
Later the board considered adjournment; the Chair recorded a motion by Commissioner Lubcke, second by Commissioner Coring, called for the ayes and the meeting was adjourned after an affirmative voice vote.
