Martin said, “These will be the last 2 pay items for the project,” and described next steps including punch‑list acceptance and right‑of‑way reconciliation.
The board moved the item (moved by Supervisor Zeigendorf, seconded by Supervisor Hovde) and approved both change orders on a 5–0 vote. Staff said the county will proceed with closeout procedures with Caltrans and complete remaining administrative steps.
