At the public comment portion of the meeting, Ken Kimball announced that Ellen Chandler had retired after eight years as Executive Director of the Jackson Ski Touring Foundation and that Ian Cullison will be taking her place. Ken said he would connect Cullison with the police chief and property owners.
Erik Mogensen said that Chandler has joined Black Mountain and announced a $7,000 donation from Black Mountain toward police speeding signs. Erik suggested arranging a photo opportunity with the Select Board and Police Chief to recognize the contribution.
The minutes record the announcement and the donation offer; no formal acceptance procedure or expenditure authorization beyond the earlier sign vote was recorded in the minutes.
