Commissioners ratify last-best offer to UAW Local 2192 and declare potential impasse

The resolution summarizes prior mediation and fact-finding in SERB case 2025-MED-07-0701 and says the board rejected the fact-finder's recommendation before establishing the parameters of a final offer. The legislation authorizes county representatives to prepare a collective-bargaining agreement consistent with the final offer if ratified; if not ratified, the board declared "ultimate impasse" and authorized unilateral implementation as of Feb. 18, 2026.
