The agreement, effective retroactive to Jan. 2, 2026, specifies that Oberlin will provide $31.93 per hour in 2026 local funds to be used as match for grant funds supporting the service, plus a $50 monthly administrative fee. The City will operate five days a week with 15 hours of service per day; the agreement allows Oberlin residents declared by the city as low-income to ride for a $1.00 one-way fare on the Oberlin Connector if they hold an Oberlin-issued ID.
