Staff member (Speaker 1) presented the town's prioritized project spreadsheet and explained how the scoring appears in the red columns and on a supplemental sheet comparing consultant and staff recommendations. "We just put sort of the category there and then added a 2nd sheet for you guys," Speaker 1 said.
Trustees pressed for cost context to guide which items rise on the priority list. Committee member (Speaker 2) asked whether the list contained cost estimates; the board agreed staff should add a cost-estimate column with ranges where precise numbers are not yet available. Speaker 1 said staff will add cost data "to the extent we have it" and recommended the spreadsheet be maintained as a living document to inform budget decisions during the annual review process.
