Carbondale trustees refine traffic-calming priorities and ask staff for cost ranges

Committee member (Speaker 2) asked whether the list contained cost estimates; the board agreed staff should add a cost-estimate column with ranges where precise numbers are not yet available. Speaker 1 said staff will add cost data "to the extent we have it" and recommended the spreadsheet be maintained as a living document to inform budget decisions during the annual review process.
