• Item 4 — Thoroughfare amendment for Stinson Road: The commission voted 5‑0 to recommend City Council approve an amendment to the City of Lucas comprehensive plan thoroughfare map to realign Stinson Road and improve the prospect of a TxDOT signal at FM 1378; further engineering and TxDOT coordination will be required.
