TFC Clay coach details low-cost, local soccer program aiming to host games

Rios said coaches complete background checks through the Alabama Soccer Association, Coach Safely and SafeSport trainings and are encouraged to pursue additional US Soccer Federation licensing for competitive teams. "Our goal for the future is to be able to host games as well," Rios said, adding that local partnerships and sponsors have helped keep costs low and support scholarships.
