Magistrate recommends reducing $22,000 accrued fine to county hard costs of $2,368.87

The magistrate noted lack of notice could be an argument before the Board of County Commissioners, but said his recommendation would be to reduce the lien to $2,368.87 — the county’s recorded hard costs. He advised the respondent to appear before the Board on Sept. 12 to seek any additional relief.
