The magistrate acknowledged those constraints and extended the compliance date to October 10, 2024, arranging a status hearing on October 15 to review progress instead of immediately imposing fines. The magistrate encouraged Thomas to seek help and to make substantial progress by the Oct. 15 status review to avoid fines.
