A board member asked about the applicant's prior experience renting monthly to students and about enforcement of the on-site requirement; Guerrero acknowledged past issues with tenants not paying utilities but said he intends to be present when rooms are rented.
After the public portion produced no objections, the board took a motion and recorded the approval by voice vote on the record.
